The company was founded in 2001. To date, we have helped launch more than 52 different applications and helped drive successful exits for our clients. Our relationships are long term – averaging 7+ years and growing. We’ve won awards and have plenty of technical certifications.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Menuke de Silva

Interim CEO

Menuke heads operations, engineering, and delivery at Aeturnum. A software engineer turned project, product, and operations manager; he had been with the organization for over 16 years leading projects from startups to enterprise customers. Menuke had spearheaded the organizations growth from its inception and is closely working with some of the key customers & teams to help define & build software products to their go to markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Information Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University in UK and a master’s in International Business from Canterbury Christ Church University in UK. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a keen interest towards Agile software delivery & excellence.

Rajat Bhakhri

Advisory Board Member

Rajat gained startup experience at Edocs, acquired by Siebel/Oracle in 2001. Specialized Aeturnum in building SaaS platforms for several startups with successful exits to Ebay, Experian, PayPal, NetApp and Apple. Rajat serves as board advisor to the management team at Aeturnum.

Kushan Yapa

Director of Engineering and Operations

Kushan heads the engineering teams at Aeturnum. He has extensive experience in the IT sector leading large engineering teams in Sri Lanka, Dubai, and Australia across several domains – banking, finance, shipping & logistics, and higher education. He is a competitive sportsman and has represented the Sri Lankan water polo team in 2004.
